It integrates frequency induction heating, precision bending and forming, and automatic positioning and feeding. The equipment adopts PLC fully automatic control, is easy to operate, and has high molding accuracy. Medium frequency induction heating, precise local heating, uniform heating, fast speed and less oxidation
The servo motor drives the bending mechanism, with precise and controllable angles and high repeatability positioning accuracy.
Infrared temperature measurement closed-loop control ensures that the heating temperature of each rod is consistent and stable
PLC + touch screen operation, process parameters can be stored and recalled, and model change is convenient
Multiple safety protections, over-temperature, over-current and over-pressure alarm interlocking
