The hot-coiled spring production line is engineered for the complete manufacturing process of coil springs (automotive suspension damping springs), covering material cutting, induction heating, coiling, heat treatment, and hot-setting — with each stage seamlessly automated and integrated.
The core heating unit utilizes medium-frequency induction heating technology, delivering rapid and uniform temperature distribution. It accurately heats spring steel billets (e.g., 60Si2Mn) to the required forming temperature while controlling decarburization depth (≤0.1mm) to ensure superior surface quality of the finished spring.
The line incorporates two key modules — a tip-grinding induction heating unit and a hot-coiling induction heating unit — addressing end-taper processing and full-body coiling respectively, accommodating various spring specifications.
With a high degree of automation, the line minimizes manual intervention and delivers stable, efficient operation. It has been widely deployed in the automotive components industry and earned strong recognition from customers.
Developed and manufactured by Wuxi Microenergy CNC Technology Co., Ltd., the production line is exported to Southeast Asia, South America, Africa, and Eastern Europe, backed by comprehensive after-sales support and customizable configurations to meet specific process requirements.
