The equipment demonstrates exceptional processing versatility, supporting a thickness range of 1mm to 500mm, lengths up to 12,000mm, and widths of up to 4,000mm to accommodate various spring specifications.
It offers robust heating performance with a design power ranging from 10kW to 2,000kW, maintaining precise temperature control between 850°C and 950°C for consistent heat treatment quality.
Featuring flexible induction heater opening configurations (single-sided, double-sided, circular, or adjustable), the system allows for production cycles between 10 and 180 minutes, providing high operational adaptability for diverse manufacturing workflows.

Induction heating has a wide power range, typically between 30 kW and 500 kW. For higher power equipment (such as for continuous heating of large workpieces or materials requiring higher hardness), the power can reach 500 kW to 1000 kW .
Heating temperature range: 850-900℃±30℃
Gas-heated quenching furnaces: power typically ranges from 100 kW to 500 kW 
Temperature uniformity: The quenching furnace needs to ensure uniform temperature inside the furnace, typically with the temperature difference controlled within the range of ±10°C to ±20°C.
Furnace chamber dimensions: The standard furnace chamber dimensions vary depending on the workpiece size. Typically, the furnace chamber dimensions for quenching furnaces range from 500mm × 500mm × 500mm to 5000mm × 3000mm × 3000mm.
