Equipped with rollers featuring a 220mm body diameter, the machine offers a service life approximately 10% longer than domestic equivalents, complemented by various reliable jaw structures providing high clamping force for stable processing
The equipment demonstrates superior processing versatility, supporting long cone lengths from 200mm to 1m (thickness 10mm–62mm) and short cones within 200mm, with no width restrictions on short cone processing
Available in 500KW and 650KW power configurations, the mill enables high-efficiency output across various specifications; for example, it can achieve a rapid production cycle of 22 seconds for 1670×800mm plates
Utilizing advanced cold-end positioning, the system allows for quick product variety changes by simply adjusting the rear positioning, and includes reserved interfaces for seamless integration into a fully automatic production line with customized auxiliary equipment
