This machine is suitable for both standalone operation and integration into fully automatic production lines, specifically designed to produce flat ears and 1/4 or 3/4 wrapping ears.
The equipment features a crank oscillating clamping head to ensure superior shape, roundness, length precision, and consistent ear gaps, complemented by a fixed-stroke pressing system that adapts to various leaf spring cross-sections.
It demonstrates robust processing capabilities, supporting a maximum wrapping ear size of 160mm and curling sizes ranging from 200mm to 350mm, with the ability to process ear hole diameters up to 60mm.
Integrated with an induction heating system, the machine maintains precise temperature control at 950±30°C and offers various sensor specifications to accommodate steel plate thicknesses from 12mm to 62mm.
Equipped with an automated touch-screen interface, the system supports automatic positioning calculations and customization; its integrated base design ensures low power consumption, a compact footprint, and easy mold replacement with high adjustment flexibility.
