The system utilizes a 6-station flow-line design with a 1600mm station interval, operating at 15KW with a 3t pre-load pressure, achieving a high-efficiency production rate of 2–3 units per minute.
It demonstrates extensive processing versatility, accommodating leaf spring assemblies with a straightened length up to 1500mm, widths of 50–90mm, and thicknesses from 20mm to 190mm,
while supporting a maximum free arc height of 200mm.
Equipped with advanced pneumatic pin-tightening and hydraulic clamping mechanisms, the system integrates real-time data monitoring and intelligent management to ensure superior quality consistency and support lean manufacturing goals.
