Multi-Station Integrated Processing: This production line integrates multiple processes including cutting, variable cross-section rolling, ear curling, and ear wrapping. It can complete plain/center curling and wrapping of leaf spring ends in a single setup, significantly boosting productivity.
Precision Induction Heating System: Equipped with specialized end induction heating units, it achieves rapid and uniform localized heating. With precise temperature control (typically 850-975°C), it ensures workpieces are processed in an optimal plastic state, preventing material degradation from overheating.
High-Precision Dimensional Control: Utilizing high-rigidity structures and servo positioning technology, the line ensures exceptional accuracy. Tolerances for center distance can reach ±1.5mm, ear inner diameter is kept within 0.3mm, and rolling thickness tolerances range from ±0.15mm to ±0.25mm.
Intelligent Production and Management: The entire line is controlled by a Siemens PLC and HMI touchscreen, supporting direct parameter input, fault alarm feedback, and maintenance reminders. Digital meters with communication ports are included for easy data collection and lean management.
Strong Adaptability and Safety: Designed for continuous three-shift high-intensity operations, the equipment features robust pneumatic controls (AirTAC components) and hydraulic cooling systems. It is equipped with photoelectric protection and safety guards to ensure operator safety in high-temperature and high-pressure environments.
