Fully Automatic Variable Cross-Section Rolling Production Line

High-Efficiency Automated Production: Specifically designed for variable cross-section rolling of automotive leaf spring ends, this line supports high-speed operations of 180-480 heads per hour, meeting the demands of large-scale continuous production.
Superior Structural Rigidity and Lifespan: The mainframe features a robust "Paifang" (large-scale gate) structure to ensure maximum rigidity. With a roller diameter of 220mm, the equipment's service life is approximately 10% longer than similar domestic products.
High-Precision Processing Control: The system offers exceptional precision, maintaining a rolling thickness tolerance of ±0.15mm and a width tolerance within ±0.5mm, ensuring consistent product geometry.
Intelligent Control System: Controlled by a PLC and an HMI touchscreen, the system provides real-time display of product graphics, parameters, and rolling curves. It can store over 500 product recipes, allowing for instant recall and backup.
Flexible Product Changeover: Utilizing cold-end positioning, the equipment allows for quick variety switches by simply adjusting the rear positioning. Additionally, a full range of auxiliary units enables flexible configurations for diverse automated lines.
Digital Management Support: The control cabinet is equipped with digital meters featuring communication ports for easy data collection. The system integrates functional modules for production monitoring, fault alarms, and maintenance management.

Basic Equipment Requirements
1. The control cabinet is equipped with an exhaust fan and an electricity meter with a data output communication port for convenient data acquisition and management. It is designed with information modules for production operation, fault alarm feedback, maintenance and other functions.
2. The equipment is capable of continuous operation, allowing for three shifts of production per day;
3.PLC plus host computer control, with the host computer using a touch screen interface;
4. The main electrical control components are Schneider Electric products;
5. The main hydraulic valves are products of Beijing Huade Technology.
6. On-site parameter input, modification, and storage are possible for new product varieties;
7. The control system can display product graphics, parameters, and rolling curves.\
8. The control system stores more than 500 product varieties that can be recalled for production at any time, and can be backed up using external storage.

Equipment environmental requirements
1. Compressed air source: pressure ≥ 0.5 MPa;
2. Power supply: Three-phase four-wire: AC380V, 50Hz;
3. Factory ambient temperature: 10~50℃. It also has good ventilation and a relative humidity of 40-75%.
4. The cooling water temperature of the hydraulic system shall not exceed 35℃.
